    • As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for non-defective items. Please ensure that you select the correct size, color, and design before placing your order.

Refunds

    • Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be in production, and cancellations will not be possible.
