  • Fulfillment: Our products are fulfilled by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service. Printify handles the production and shipping of your orders.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Defective Items: As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for non-defective items. Please ensure that you select the correct size, color, and design before placing your order.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be in production, and cancellations will not be possible.
